Change Account Password

To change the account password, follow a few simple steps.

  1. Log in to the participant account.
  2. Click on the name or profile picture in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Profile option present in the drop-down list.

  1. This further opens the Profile Details page.
  2. Locate and click on the Change password button on the top right section of the Profile Details page.

  1. Enter the current password in the Old Password data field.
  2. Next, type a new password in the New Password data field.
  3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password data field.
Password Requirement

A strong password must contain the following:

  • Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
  • At least one special character.
  • At least one upper case letter.
  • At least one number.

  1. Click on the Confirm button to change the password.
  2. Upon clicking the Confirm button, this redirects the user to the Sign in page.

Platform Sign in Page

  1. Now, log in to the Participant account using the registered email address and the new password created.

Password Recovery

To recover the account password, go through the following steps.

  1. Visit the Sign in page of the platform.
  2. Click on the Forgot password link.

  1. A new window appears on the screen. Enter the registered email address in the Email field and click on the Recover button.

Registered Email

Make sure to use the same email address used to create the DL Freight participant account.

  1. An email is seen in the inbox with a Reset Password email.

If the Reset Password email is not found in the inbox, check the Spam folder, or repeat the aforementioned steps. If the Reset Password email is not seen in the spam folder either, contact DLT Labs for further help.

  1. Click on the Reset your password link from the email.
  2. This redirects the user to a Set a new password page.
  3. Enter a new password in the Password data field.
  4. Type the same password again in the Confirm Password data field.
