A master table is a logical collection of data in a tabular format.
Access to view and modify data on Master Table is based on permissions set by the Admin.
Types of Master Tables
Linehaul Rate
The Linehaul Rate master table shows the different linehaul rates that a Carrier has for different modalities (TL, LTL, IM, etc.) for a specific lane.
- The Linehaul Rate master table displays details such as Lane_id, Transit_id, Lane_seq_id, Charge_currency, etc.

Carrier Rate Master Table
The carrier rate master table contains all the contracted accessorial rates that a carrier has with Walmart Canada.
- The Carrier Rate master table displays details such as Charge_code, Charge_type, Rate, etc.

Fuel Rate Master Table
Fuel_Rate Master table lists the fuel rates a company has given to its carriers based on various fuel providers and by modality (TL, LTL, IM, etc.). Carriers can view these rates anytime, and they are updated every week.
- The Fuel_Rate master table displays details such as FUELPROVIDER, CATEGORY, TYPE, RATE, etc.

Fuel Rate Indicators Master Table
The Fuel rate indicators master table displays which fuel category and fuel type a carrier uses, depending on the Mode being shipped.
- The Fuel_rate_indicators master table displays details such as Mode, Class, Temp Control, etc.

Tax Rate Master Table
Tax_rate master table shows the rates defined by the participant's organization during the carrier onboarding process.
- The Tax_rate master table displays details such as SCAC, TAX_TYPE, EFFECTIVE_DATE, etc.

Accessing Master Table
Click on the Master Table option in the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
On the Master Table page, you can view the information of various master tables such as:
a. Line Haul Rate
b. Carrier Rate
c. Fuel Rate
d. Fuel Rate Indicator
e. Tax Rate

View & Download Master Tables
Based on the access levels, a participant can:
- View data on the Master Table.
- Download data to the Master Table.
Click on the Master Table page from the Navigation Panel to view the list of all Master Tables.
Click on the Eye icon to view the data of each Master Table.

View the selected Master Table data after the table loads.
Click on the Download button at the top right corner to download the Master Table.
The following example illustrates the Fuel_Rate Master Table, but the steps are similar for other Master Tables.

- The link to the downloaded data is sent to the registered email address after a timeframe.

If you see a failed notification, follow the above steps to download the master table data again.
