Adding a Widget
(What is a widget?)
A Widget is an element of the dashboard that allows users to view important information at a quick glance. The dashboard is empty if there are no pre-existing widgets.
Let's learn how to add widgets to the Dashboard page on the platform.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Dashboard page in the Navigation Panel to view the Dashboard.
- Add a widget by clicking on the + Add Widget button from the center of the Dashboard if there are no widgets on the page.

- If there are some existing widgets on the Dashboard page, add more widgets by clicking on the + Widget button from the top right corner.
Widget Types
There are six pre-built widget types to make your Business Workflow smoother & efficient.
Choose the type of widget
- Click on the plus button from the Widgets sidebar to add the respective widgets on the Dashboard.
Number of widgets
The platform allows you to add & customize up to 20 widgets on the Dashboard.
- Select the required fields from the dropdown fields in the widgets to display key indicators on the dashboard.
Different types of widgets
- The Auditor can now add a widget with fresh data on the dashboard.
Auto-refresh of the previously added widgets on dashboard are eliminated..
7.1. To add a new widget in the required category out of six categories with fresh data, click on the Dashboard from the left navigation panel and click + Widget from the top right corner on the dashboard page.

Deleting a Widget
Let's learn how to delete a widget from the Dashboard page.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Dashboard page in the Navigation Panel to view the Dashboard.

On hovering over the top right corner of a widget box, Expand/Collapse & Delete icons appear. Use these icons to perform the respective actions on that particular widget as required. The Refresh Frequency dropdown menu is a constant control menu at the top right corner of every widget box. Clicking on the arrow in this field opens a drop-down list that contains various duration options. Select any option as required to set a refresh frequency for that widget.
- Hover over the top right corner of the widget box you want to delete. The Delete icon appears.
- Now, click on the Delete icon.

Clicking on the Delete icon displays a confirmation box with Yes & No buttons.
Click on the Yes button to delete the selected widget.

Renaming a Widget
Renaming a widget is easy! Find out how to do it using the following steps.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Dashboard page in the Navigation Panel to view the Dashboard.
- Double-click on the name of the widget you want to rename. A typable Name field appears with a blinking cursor.
- Now, type in the name you want for that particular widget and click twice outside the Name field. The widget gets successfully renamed.
