View Timeline

The timeline of an instance is seen in the business workflow. To get a quick view of the timeline, select the wave-like icon under the Actions column on the shipment list or business workflow page.

• Additionally, use the View Timeline button from the instance View Details page to see the timeline.

There are three additional operations for the timeline:

• Download timeline: Choose this option to download the timeline in .PNG format to your local device.
• Expand timeline: Click on this option to view the timeline in an expanded mode in full view.
• Minimize Timeline: To see the path followed with limited visibility, choose this option to view the timeline in a single line.

Compare Instance data

You can compare instance-related data between two or more business entities in the business workflow sequence.

1. Open the required workflow instance details page and click on the View Timeline button.

2. This shows the Status of all the entities that have received the instance in the timeline.

3. Each business entity has a checkbox assigned to it. Select the business entities for comparing the load details by clicking on the respective checkboxes.
4. A Compare button appears on the left side of the Show Timeline action button.
5. The Compare button only appears when more than one business entity is selected.

6. Now, click on the Compare button.

7. The new compare page lists a difference in instance data among the selected business entities.
