Update

IDW and wait time feature

• Wait Time claims can now be submitted manually when a truck reaches a Store/Distribution Center if its Load ID is not          created during the shipment workflow.

An IDW can now be submitted manually by providing the values to the following fields

• Load ID
• Origin Location ID
• Stop Location ID
• Location Type
• Arrival Time
• Once the IDW is submitted, the user can now submit a Wait Time claim using the same Load ID used in the IDW.

To Submit a Wait Time claim, the user must provide values for the following fields

• Load ID
• Origin Location ID
• Stop Location ID
• Departure Time

Data from the IDW is now fetched automatically for the fields mentioned below:

• Format (Load commodity)
• Arrival Time
• IDW Case Number

If the load ID is already present in the shipment workflow, a user cannot submit the IDW and Wait Time Claim.
