    Walmart Canada - Last-Mile Delivery group performs over 80,000 orders and over 4000 order deliveries for the LMD and Pickup models, respectively, across Canada in a month, facilitating online grocery orders fulfilment from approximately 200 Walmart Canada stores in specific Canadian markets.

    The Last-Mile Delivery group has two different models when partnering with Crowd-sourced Delivery Partners in fulfilling customer online grocery orders:

    • The last-mile delivery model only

    • The Pickup model (Penguin model)


    Features Delivered in this Update

    • Digitize and have the capability to create delivery partner invoices based on the available purchase and delivery information.
    • Allow delivery partners to enter their unique invoice identifier.
    • Automate the process of delivering partner invoice generation to minimize or eliminate errors.
    • Digitize the process of receiving, reviewing, passing, uploading, filling fields, sending, and processing invoices.
    • Reduce overall costs due to faster invoice reconciliation with higher accuracy.
