The Platform Admin has access to view and changes the user status to Active/In-Active mode. If a user is performing some malicious activities, then the Platform Admin can change the status to Active/ In-Activate of a user.
Go to the Action Column, select a specific user, and click on the three dots.
- Click on the three dot icon under the actions tab of a record to view the activate button.

- Click on the Activate icon to Activate the user.
User Status
- A pop-up is displayed to confirm whether to change the user status, click on the Change button to change the user status, or click the Cancel button to withdraw.

- The status of the user is changed to Active.

- Click on the Deactivate Icon to deactivate the user.

- A pop-up is displayed to confirm whether to change the user status, click on the Change button to change the user status, or click the Cancel button to withdraw.

For Example, a tenant has two admins and ten mobile users, the ten mobile users are visible to the two admins.
- Click on the transactions icon to redirect to the Transactions page from the users page.
