Update
- To update a Schedule Report, click on the Schedule Report tab in the Navigation Panel on the left side of your screen.

- Now, on the new window, i.e., Schedule Report, look for your report and click on the pencil icon under the Actions tab.

- An immersive Update window slides in from the right side.

- Click on the Expand button in the top right to expand the window to a full-screen view.

- Likewise, click on the Restore button to move the window back to its original size.

Update the name of the report using the Name field.
You also have the authority to update or add a description for the report in the Description textbox.
Description Textarea field is stretchable, and hence a detailed description can be added or updated if required.
- Click on the Select Workflow drop-down list to link this particular report to any other Business Workflow.

- Click on the Next button to update attributes for the report.
You can navigate to a particular section directly by clicking on the tab from the top.

- Select/deselect attributes under the Select Attributes section.
- Furthermore, you can also select/deselect attributes to apply filters according to your requirement from the Filters section under the Select Attribute drop-down list.

- Click on the Next button to schedule a time for the report.
- In the Schedule Reports section, you can update the date of the report from the Start DateTime picker textbox if needed.

- Likewise, you can also update the timezone and execute interval using the Timezone and Execute drop-down list.

- Click on the End drop-down list to update the end date. Select from the Never, After and On options.

- Update the Document format if you need it from the Format drop-down list.

- You can also update if you need or don't need to repeat the older instances in the report using the Yes or No radio buttons under the Repeat Instances section.
- Click on the Next button to navigate further.
- Now, under the Report Settings section, you can change the Recipient email as well as Cc and Bcc email Ids.
- Furthermore, click on any of the radio buttons from Email Attachment, Download Link, or Both(Attachment and Link) if you want to update them.

- Finally, click on the Update button to replicate the changes on the Schedule Report.
- A notification Schedule report configuration updated successfully is seen at the bottom left of your screen once the report is updated.

If a notification, Your web browser may have encountered an issue. Please try again is seen at the bottom left of your screen; note that the Schedule Report was not updated.
Check your internet connection and click on the Update button again to save the changes to the report.

Click anywhere else on the screen or click on the cross icon of the notification at the bottom left to close it.
