- Click Token Timeout inside API Integration from the left navigation panel.
Token Timeout
- You can also navigate to Token Timeout at the bottom right corner of the Get Access Token page.
Get Access Token - Token Timeout
- Enter the required time in the Token Timeout field and select the Time Unit from the drop-down.
- Click Clear to clear the data.
Token Timeout – Clear
- The default token timeout is 10 minutes and allows you to update it to a maximum of 1440 minutes.
- You can also update the token timeout in hours; the minimum value is 1 hour & the maximum is 24 hours.
- You can enable the Integration Account Lock Settings to configure maximum login attempts; the default value is 5; you can set to the maximum of 9 after which the account gets locked.
- Click Update.

- Once Token timeout is updated successfully, a notification appears at the bottom left corner of the screen displaying Webhook settings updated successfully.
