Sending a deletion request

To delete a multi-organization database, all the parties involved need to accept the deletion request.

1. To send a deletion request, click on the three vertical dots on the top left corner of the shared database.

2. A pop-up appears with the message confirming the sending of the deletion request to the other organization. Click on the Delete button to send the deletion request to the other organization.

3. This deletion request is visible on the Deletion Requests Page in the Sent section.

4. Once the other organization has confirmed the deletion request, the admin user can choose to either delete or revoke the deletion request. Click on the Delete button to confirm the deletion.
