Rebate Shipment
Rebate program is a part of contract between Carrier and Retailer. If applicable as a part of contract, carrier gives a rebate on the delivery charges at a shipment level.
- Click on the Business Workflows from the left Navigation Panel.
- Select the required Business Workflow.

- Select the required shipment from the Instance listing page.

- Click on View Details icon on the right side of the screen to view the rebate shipment details.

- Upon clicking on View Details icon, the Instance Details page appears, you can view the rebate shipment details.
Carrier provides all the information reflected under the rebate information section except the Rebate indicator, where the DL Freight™ eCommerce platform calculates whether a specific shipment qualifies for the rebate or not:
Y against the Rebate Indicator indicates the shipment qualifies for the rebate program and,
N against the Rebate Indicator indicates the shipment does not qualify for the rebate program.
