Rebate credit note is the total amount of rebate over the delivery done by carrier in a particular month.
View Rebate Credit Note
- Login to your DL Freight eCommerce participant account.
- Click on Business Workflows from the left Navigation Panel.

- Click on the required rebate credit note from the Instance Listing page.

- Click on View Details icon on the right side of the screen to view the rebate credit note details.

- Next, the Instance Details page appears, view the rebate information, Biller information, Credit note, and invoice details.
An email notification is sent to the carrier that a rebate credit note is generated and awaiting your approval. The carrier may review and approve it. Once approved, the rebate credit note is sent to Retailer SAP system for the adjustment in future invoice.
