Logging in for the first time
Logging in to the DL Freight Participant account for the first time is easy! Let's check out the steps to follow while signing in for the first time.
Activation Link
An Activation Link is sent via email to sign-up on the platform. Share the correct email address with the respective personnel in the organization. DLT Labs will use the same email address to send the Activation Link.
NOTE: The Activation Link is valid only for 48 hours. If the link expires, contact the respective personnel in the organization to resend a new link.
Activation Link Email
- An Activation Link email is sent to the inbox of the participant's registered email address.
- Click on the Activate your account link in the email.
- This redirects the platform to the Create Password page.
- There are two blank data fields on the page, i.e., Password and Create password.
Create New Password Page
- Type a new password in the Password data field.
- Fill in the same password in the Confirm password data field to verify it.
- After entering the password in both fields, click on the Set button.
Password Requirement
A password must contain the following:
- Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
- At least one special character.
- At least one upper case letter.
- At least one number.
Platform Sign in Page
- The Sign in page automatically loads on the browser.
- Now, enter email and Password in their respective fields to log in to the Participant account.
