This release aims to enhance and streamline the ‘Accessorial claim’ process for Shunts, Re-delivery, Layovers, Vehicle Ordered-Not Used (VOR), and Miscellaneous charges.

DL Freight™ is now a one-stop solution for invoice processing, eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails related to the Accessorial claim process and having to wait for multiple days to seek approval for the claim.

Additionally, the platform now automatically adds approved Accessorial claims directly to your shipment invoice. This removes any duplication of effort due to submitting a request, awaiting approval, or re-entering the same data and submitting the charge on the invoice.
