Change Account Password
To change the account password, follow the steps listed below:
Log in to the Asset Track™ participant account.
Click on Profile Photo/Profile name/Role icon at the top right corner of the screen.

- Select the Profile option from drop-down menu.

- On Profile page, click on the Change password button at the top right section of the Language Management.

- Enter the desired Password in the data fields.

A strong password must contain the following:
- Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
- At least one special character.
- At least one upper case letter.
- At least one number.
- Click on the Confirm button.
Once Password is updated, you will be redirected to the Sign in page.

Password Recovery
To recover the account password, follow the steps listed below:
- Open the Sign in page of the platform and click on the Forgot password icon.

- On Forgot Password page, Enter the registered email id in the textbox field and click on the Recover button.

You will receive the Reset Password email on your registered email id.
Reset Password Email
- Open the Reset Password email and click on the Reset your password link.
You will be redirected to the Create password page.
- On Create Password page, Enter the desire password.

A password must contain the following:
• Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
• At least one special character.
• At least one upper case letter.
• At least one number.
- Click on the Reset Password button.

Once Password is updated, you will be redirected to the Sign in page.
