Digital Receipt International Details

In the International Fuel workflow, data is sourced from the four business entities, i.e., BAFs, AOT, Fuelling company and Customs.

In the section titled BAFs_Fuel Info, you can find comprehensive information about fuel. This section provides access to specific details related to the digital receipt process on the platform.

View Digital Receipt details

  1. Log in to your BAFs Participant account.

  2. Click on the Business Workflows from the left Navigation Panel.

  1. Select the required Business Workflow.

  1. Next, select the required digital receipt from the Instance listing page.

  1. Click on View Details icon located under the Action column to view the details page.

  1. On the Instance Details page, click on the Show Timeline button at the Top Panel to see if the digital receipt is in your possession.

The Details tab contains a summarized overview of this particular instance.

Various fields such as “BAFS_FuelInfo”, “BAFS_AirlineInfo”, “BAFS_ServiceInfo”, “BAFS_SupplierInfo”, “Auto dispute reason”, “BAFS_SaleInfo”, “AOT_Airport”, “Fuel_Priceinfo” and “AOT_Flight” can be seen under this section.

  1. The exact Fuel charges are displayed under the Fuel_Priceinfo section on the details page.

Recalculate

  1. Log in to your BAFs Participant account.

  2. Click on the Business Workflows from the left Navigation Panel.

  1. Click on View Details icon located under the Action column to view the details page.

  1. On the Instance Details page, click on the Recalculate button at the Top Panel to refresh the Fuel price information.

The latest uploaded fuel price information takes some time to update automatically.
So, it is recommended to click on the "Recalculate" button on the Instance Details page.
This manual action ensures that you promptly obtain the latest and updated fuel price information.


Download Report

  1. Log in to your BAFs Participant account.

  2. Click on the Business Workflows from the left Navigation Panel.

  1. On Instance listing page, click on Download icon located under the Action column to download the invoice or On the Instance Details page, click on the Download button at the Top Panel.

The invoice report comprises information such as Airport, supplier, flight number, customer name, Aircraft type, etc.

Auto-Dispute Reason

The Asset Track is configured to trigger an automatic dispute categorization based on specific conditions related to fuel prices, AOT registrations and flight types. The criteria for triggering this categorization are as follows:

• The asset track will automatically categorize a dispute reason if the Fuel_Price_lookup is equal to Zero (0).

• The asset track will automatically categorize a dispute reason if AOT_REGISTRATION is equal to REGISTRATION and FLIGHT TYPE is equal to INTER_DOM.

This automation reduces the need for manual intervention in identifying and classifying dispute reasons.
