BAFS data ensures the correct flow and application of the solution to capture supply management data comprising user transactions related to logistics. We have standardized and centralized real-time reconciliation of the transactions recorded to the platform offered by DLT Labs.

You can now successfully manage the fueling of flights and automatically handle the dispute at the airport through a delivery report. Also, you can track Assets and Delivery Receipt Project (Web Application) as below:

• Access: Secured accessing of the system based on different types of permission/levels assigned for each user roles.
• Onboarding of user: Allow to onboard different users from the defined group as below:
  • BAFS – Bangkok Aviation Fuel Services starts the workflow and creates new transactions in the system that inputs flight information cross-referenced with the AOT data.
  • Fuel company - There are nine fuel companies associated with project Falcon namely:
    • TG
    • PTTOR
    • SPC
    • SUSCO Dealers
    • Shell
    • Chevron
    • Air Total 
    • Esso
    • Each fuel company has Domestic & International workflows associated to them.
  • AOT – Airports of Thailand is integrated with the platform and provides flight information to each DR (delivery receipt). You can check different conditions and cross-check data at this node. AOT, being the verifier node, can view the details provided by BAFS and fuel company, the information being around fuel information, airline information, supplier information, sales information, service information, and fuel price information.
  • Customs – Access the platform to see a specific DR, AOT data, fuel company data reconciliation, and generate documents. It can also acknowledge the data consistency and can view full information.
• Set access to the different sensitive information present in the System.
• The platform is multilingual and supports Thai language.
• Reporting – Design the required reporting format such as an invoice, System generated/On-demand invoice/delivery receipt (DR) on runtime with the required information. Below are the types of reports generated by the platform:
  • A2 Report: Certify document for Refueling of International flights- separated by fuel supplier, accessible to BAFS, fuel company, and Customs in Thai.
  • A3 report: Certify document for Refueling of International flights- All fuel suppliers, accessible only to BAFS and Customs, in Thai.
  • A4 report: Summary of Aircraft Refueling, accessible only to BAFS and Fuel company, in Thai..
  • A5 report: Statement of petroleum products supplied to Aircraft, accessible only to Fuel company and customs, in Thai.
  • A6 report: Certification for documents about Refueling of international flights to the customs department, accessible to BAFS, Fuel company, and customs, in Thai.
  • A8 report: Daily D/R Check sheet, accessible only to BAFS and customs in Thai.
  • A9 report: New statement of petroleum products supplied to Aircraft, accessible only to Fuel company and customs, in Thai.
