Use Activities and Comment history
Activities & Comments
The Activities & Comments section displays a record of modification of a load or invoice. Track the events, progress, and important milestones of the selected load in this section. Use the comment box present at the bottom to add a comment.
Let's find out how to use the Activities and Comments history.
- Log in to the DL Freight account.
- Click on the Business Workflows option from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Next, select the required business workflow from the Business Workflows page.

- Find the desired load and click on the page icon present under the Actions column.
View Details Button
- Now, the details of that load appear on the screen.

Click on the Activities and Comments tab.
Now, segregated tabs for activities and comments appear on the screen. All the activities performed by users on the selected load are seen here, as well as any downstream impacts of any changes made to attribute values that impact calculations on a carrier invoice.
Furthermore, a comment can also be added using the comment box present at the bottom of the tab.

- Search any activity or comment using the search box present on the top tab bar. Enter a keyword to get all the threads that contain the text.
