Activate
When an Auditor is onboarded for the first time, an email with the activation link is automatically sent to the Auditor’s email ID. This activation link is active for 48 hours. If the auditor does not activate the account within 48 hours, the operator can resend the activation link.
To activate an Auditor on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Log in to the DL Asset Track™ platform Operator account.
Click on the Auditors at the left Navigation Panel.

- For a new Auditor, click on the Activation link icon against the desired Auditor under the Actions column.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Want to resend activation mail?” pops up. Click Ok.

Once saved, a notification appears “Account Activation link has been resent” at the bottom left of the screen.
Once the Auditor is activated, they can access the platform.

- To activate an inactive Auditor, click on the Activate icon against the desired Auditor under the Actions column.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.

Once activated, a notification appears, “Workflow Auditor has been activated.” at the bottom left of the screen.
The activated Auditor status is changed to Active.

- Similarly, multiple Auditors can be Activated. Select the preferred list of Auditors by clicking on the respective checkboxes.

- Next, Activate tab appears at the top right of the listing page. Click Activate.

Once Activated, a notification appears “Workflow Auditor has been activated” at the bottom left of the screen.

Deactivate
To deactivate an Auditor on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Login to the DL Asset Track™ Platform Operator account.
Click on the Auditors at the left Navigation Panel.

- Now, click on the Deactivate icon against the desired Auditor under the Actions column.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.

Once deactivated, a notification appears “Workflow auditor has been deactivated” at the bottom left of the screen.

The deactivated Auditor status is changed to Inactive.
- Similarly, multiple Auditors can be Deactivated. Select the preferred list of Auditors by clicking on the respective checkboxes.

- Next, Deactivate tab appears at the top right of the listing page. Click Deactivate.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure you want to continue?” pops up. Click Ok.
