Types of Widgets
A widget is an element on the dashboard that helps to view important information at a glance.
Upon logging in to the platform, an option to add widgets from the Dashboard page is seen. There are 6 pre-built widget types on the platform.
Let's learn more about each type.
ASSIGNED TO ME - This widget lists the number of shipments assigned to the user.
CHART FILTER - This widget creates a chart based on the selected shipment attributes.
DISPUTE STATUS - This widget lists the number of disputes within the workflow.
INSTANCE CREATED - This widget lists the number of instances within the workflow.
RECENT ACTIVITIES - This widget lists the most recent activities from the workflow.
WORKFLOW STATUS - This widget lists the status of workflow instances in the selected workflow.
Widgets - Rearrangement & Resizing
In this section, learn how to rearrange and resize widgets on the Dashboard.
- Log in to the DL MineTrace platform.
- The Dashboard page is the default screen upon logging in.
- However, if the Dashboard page is not opened, click on the Dashboard page from the Navigation Panel to open it.
- The Dashboard page showcases all widgets at one place.
- To rearrange the position of a widget, click & hold a widget and simply drag it to any position on the screen.
Drag & drop any widget
On hovering over the top right corner of a widget box, Expand/Collapse & Delete icons appear. Use these icons to perform the respective actions on that particular widget as required. The Refresh Frequency dropdown menu is a constant control menu at the top right corner of every widget box. Clicking on the arrow in this field opens a drop-down list that contains various duration options. Select any option as required to set a refresh frequency for that widget.

- Hover over the top right corner of a widget box to resize the widget. An Expand icon appears. Click on the Expand icon to maximise the widget.

- Similarly, to minimise the widget, hover over the top right corner of the widget box and click on the Collapse icon.
