View Timeline

View the timeline of an instance from the Business Workflow section. To get a quick view of the timeline, select the wave like icon under the Actions column on the shipment list or business workflows page.

• Also, view the timeline using the View Timeline button on the instance View Details page.

There are three additional operations for timeline:

• Download timeline: Choose this option to download timeline in .PNG format to your local device.
• Expand timeline: Click on this option to view timeline in an expanded mode in full view.
• Minimize Timeline: To see the path followed with limited visibility, choose this option to view the timeline in a single line.

Compare Instance data

You can compare instance-related data between two or more business entities in the business workflow sequence.

1. Open the instance details page of the required workflow instance and click on the View Timeline button.

2. This shows the Status of all the entities that have received the instance in the timeline.

3. Each business entity has a checkbox assigned to it. Select the business entities for comparing the load details by clicking on the respective checkboxes.
4. A Compare button appears on the left side of the Show Timeline action button.
5. The Compare button only appears when more than one business entities are selected.

6. Now, click on the Compare button.

7. The new compare page lists instances' data differences among the selected business entities.
