•  Participants & monitor can log in to the application using the email ID & password.
•  If the user forgets his password, they can reset his password by clicking on Forgot Password link on Sign on Screen.
• Users can now select a language of their choice to enhance their UX. Languages offered on the web and mobile apps now consist of Japanese, English, Spanish, French & Thai.

Simplified access to workflow-related data

• After a user successfully logs in, the list of business workflows is visible.
• Business workflows can be searched by name, using the platform’s search functionality.
• Selecting a business workflow redirects to the instance list page.

Superior UX when working with business workflow instances

• Search workflow instances easily using the improved search filter. To find an instance, users need to use the instance tag ID.
• Users can request to get instance list email in CSV format.
• Participants in the first group of a business workflow can initiate a new work instance.
• Users can now update or edit an instance instantaneously, while the instance is with an entity.
• Participants and Monitors can now send, receive or reject an instance.
• The Instance timeline can now be viewed by referring to the instance listing or the details page.

Enhanced experience when working with Webhooks

• Users can now view respective Webhook credentials.
• generate webhook credentials in the app. If required, users now also have the option to generate webhook credentials again, even if they were generated previously.
• Users on the mobile app can now update or configure callbacks. They can select from 3 types of authentications: Basic, Auth 2.0, or no authentication. 
• Participants can now use the mobile app to update a callback.

Easy access to details of any instance

• The mobile app provides details about any selected workflow instance. Participants can use the ‘detail’ functionality to check all data provided by different business workflow groups or entities that are part of the workflow sequence.
• Participants can now compare the data provided by different groups of workflow instances easily. They can now check the activities & comments of any instance.
• Apps now allow authenticated users to add comments on an instance.
• Participants can view the reports of any workflow instance. These reports can also be downloaded and stored on mobile devices.

Enhanced dispute resolution for Participants and Monitors

• Raise and resolve a dispute within the application. 
• Monitors can resolve disputes by providing appropriate details in the description field.

Easier access to profile details in mobile application

• Upon login, view and update details in the ‘profile’ section of the application. These details consist of profile pic, name, email, phone number, groups a Participant belongs to, address, and country information.
• Profile passwords can also be updated on the mobile app. 

Superior support for international phone numbers 

• Add and update phone numbers in international phone number formats.
• Phone numbers across the app are not masked.
