DL Asset Track™ can now swiftly communicate with 3rd party systems

The DL Asset Track™ can now send and receive data from other external or 3^rd party systems with ease. The data gathered from those sources is converted into a meaningful format, which then can be used in Business workflows at any point in time. The Admin user can perform a 2-way communication with any 3^rd party system through a dedicated service node assigned for a business workflow. The service node facilitates the user to configure APIs by performing the following functions: 

• Access 3^rd party information through their exposed APIs and use/update the data in the business workflow.
• Send necessary information from the platform to 3^rd party systems via DL Asset Track™ APIs.

Note: The 3^rd party systems should have their data exposed via APIs for this type of communication.

Information obtained from 3^rd party systems can be stored and used later across business workflows.

Information obtained from 3^rd party systems is now processed on a dedicated node known as the Script node. Script node converts data into a meaningful format and saves the information for further use. We can define specific rules on this node to configure data usage. The processed data is saved using context variables. As the name suggests, the stored data can be used in various circumstances/contexts.
 The Enterprise Admin can set context variables in the following ways:

• At the business workflow instance level
• At a participant group level
• At a business workflow level
• At a tenant level

• Creation of workflow with Service node.  
• Create and update workflow with Script node.
• Implement a standard authentication mechanism for DLAT webhooks.
• SA Audit feedback points.
• Workflow settings: Set last node trigger event.
• Allow user to add a new group and remove existing group in running workflow. 
• The user can select the past start time from the scheduled popup/ Add report screen.
