Features Delivered in this Update

Updates to EOD report

Summary Tab

• In the Summary tab, users can now view the YTD (Year to Date) counts for invoices and the status of Load Payment. Processed and Payment Settled.
• For both carrier and WMC versions of EOD report, YTD is defined as follows:
  • From the start date of Jan 1, {current year} at 00:00:00.
  • To the current date, at the time of report execution.

Load with Error tab

• For all users in the EOD report, added Invoice_status column to the Load with Error tab to view the Invoice_status with any of the records in this tab.

Load Payment settled tab

• For all users, updated Payment settled tab with 60 days of records from the load Payment Settled Date:
  • Invoices included in this report will check the current report execution date of the EOD report.
  • Pick invoice records where Payment_settled_date is within 60 days of the current date.

Total Loads in DLT by Carrier tab

• For all users, updated Total Loads in DLT by Carrier tab with a new column Carrier Loads since Inception to view all the carrier records from the Platform Inception date.

Load in Dispute tab

• For all users, added below listed six columns to the Load in Dispute tab in the EOD Report: 
  • IB/OB
  • Load_Orig_Loc_type
  • Load_Orig_Loc_ID
  • Load_Dest_Loc_type
  • Load_Dest_Loc_ID
  • Load_equipment_id

Updates in daily E-Bill Report

• For all users, added EBill_grand_total column for C to W (Carrier to Walmart) eBills in tabs, i.e., CtoW New eBills, CtoW eBill not ready for payment, CtoW eBill in dispute, CtoW eBill payment failed, and CtoW eBill canceled.
• For all users, added EBill_total column for W to C (Walmart to Carrier) eBills in tabs, i.e., WtoC New eBills, WtoC eBill not ready for payment, WtoC eBill in dispute, WtoC eBill payment failed and WtoC eBill canceled.
