    Project Multi-operator v5.1.0

    The DL Asset Track platform now supports multiple Operators. The Operator can delegate tasks by onboarding a Subordinate user. The new user role emulates all the platform rights from the Operator, however, can make changes to locked or restricted items.


    Features Delivered in this Update

    Onboard Subordinate users and add a lock to the Business Workflow

    • Enterprise Admins can assign subordinate users to delegate tasks.
    • Multiple users can now view and configure respective business workflows with their own accounts. 
    • Enterprise Admins can lock business workflows and asset categories to avoid unwanted modifications in the process.

    Business workflow settings now restrict multiple business workflow instances with the same set of values. 

    • This feature resembles the function of the primary key for the business workflow, where at least one attribute must be unique. There can be a combination of more than one attributes to enforce this restriction. Saves time by reducing reprocessing of the same data. Business workflows can reject duplicate entries.
