Features Delivered in this Update

Enhanced Business Workflow instance details page

• All the permissioned Participant users can enable inline editing and updating the data for the business workflow instance details page.
  • Now, the platform will show edit and copy option beside every attribute value while mouse hovering that can be edited by user.
  • Permissioned participant users now will be able to update/edit and save the edited instance data for all the attributes (except derived and dynamic values).
  • Users will be able to see the updated values in blue color and a red dot on top of it to show the inline editing activities.
  • Now users will be able to view the count of updates on Update button. 
  • Users will now be able to discard the changes or edited data by clicking on the Discard button.
  • All the mandatory and empty fields/attributes on the details page are highlighted in red color.
  • Now, platform will show the updated attribute(s) in yellow color along with a success message “Asset details updated successfully” (success message is displayed based on the user’s selection of language) at the bottom left corner of the screen.
  • For editing/updating, now the platform will have the same set of validations that are configured for the workflow under Business Entity Setting > Attribute settings > Properties, Set values and Rules.
  • Users will now be able to add row(s), edit the data and remove/delete row(s) for SOA attributes (Data Table).
  • User will be able to save the SOA data filled/edited with multiple rows but the overall count for the SOA will be 1 only.

Quick Edit Pop-up window

• The users can view and perform the related functionalities on the new quick edit pop-up window.

Workflow Instance Listing Page

• The platform will not reload the entire column headers or rows whenever a user switches between the predefined filters.
• User will have a good look and feel when there is no or little data on the workflow instance listing page.
• User will not be able to scroll for infinite rows on the WFI listing page.
• Users can see the right-click option closed whenever vertical scrolling is done.
• Users can see the right-click option closed whenever horizontal scrolling is done.
• Users can see the right-click option as closed if the user clicks anywhere on the Workflow Instance Listing screen.

Workflow Instance Detail Page

• Users can view the audio, video, image, word doc, and pdf along with the file name on the workflow instance details individual's page.
• Users can view the audio, video, image, word doc, and pdf, along with the file name and file extension as a tooltip on the workflow instance details page.
• Users can view the audio, video, image, word doc, and pdf, along with the file name and file extensions on the workflow Instance Details page.

Business Workflows

• Users can open the workflow (displayed as cards) on a new tab by using the right-click option of the mouse.
• Users can open the workflow (displayed on the navigation panel) on a new tab by using the right-click option of the mouse.
• The conditions tab throughout the application only allows constant values as selected in the left input field.

UI Performance

• The system's UI performance is improved when multiple connectors are added with too many edges.

User Experience

• The data is reflected correctly without hard reload/refresh after a new build.

Validation Message

• The user will see a validation message “File size should be greater than 0 Bytes“ if the File Upload attribute is created having “Max file size” as “0”.
• The “Save” option will be disabled for the “Attribute” if the “Max file size” is ‘less than or equal to zero’ or ‘not greater than equal to 1KB.’

Schedule Reports

• Users will see a validation message if the attributes found while selecting workflows is 0, i.e., workflows attributes do not match.

Master Table Updates

• User can see the below messages when no columns or key is provided while creating/updating master table:
  • When no columns are added - “Please add column(s).”
  • When columns are added but key is not set - “Please set a key column.”
