To update an Auditor on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Log in to the DL Asset Track™ platform Operator account.
Click on Auditors at the left Navigation Panel.

- Click on the Pencil icon under the Actions column against the desired Auditor.

- Update the existing First Name, Last Name, ID proof, Contact Number, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Country, State, City, Zipcode, and Preferred Language, as required in the respective fields.
Users cannot update Email Id and Auditor Type.

- Click on the External Network User checkbox and the Set as System Auditor checkbox if required.
For external Auditor, Set as System Auditor checkbox does not appear.
Only one Auditor can be a System Auditor. If any Auditor has already been selected as System Auditor, then Set as System Auditor is disabled for other internal Auditors.

- Click Next to move to the Master Table section on the Update page.
The Next option is enabled once all the mandatory fields are entered. Mandatory fields are denoted using the asterisk (*).
Master Table section
- If required, select or deselect the Master Table and enable/disable its respective Download and Upload options.

- You can also delete or add columns that act as filters in the Master Table.
Add or Delete column
- Once all the desired changes are added, click Update.
Once updated, a notification appears, “Workflow auditor updated successfully” at the bottom left of the screen.
