    The LMD Model includes delivery partners, also known as Crowd Source Partners (CSP), and a dedicated team from Walmart Canada. Every delivery partner or CSP has two business workflows, which are:

    1. Orders Workflow
    2. Invoice Workflow

    The CSPs are the entities involved in the sequence of the LMD model. They have the Auto-receive functionality wherein DL LastMile automatically accepts the invoice instance from Walmart Canada's LMD team. This automation feature makes the process hassle-free and reduces delays.
