    Search Functionality

    The Tenant Admin can search a specific user using the search functionality. The platform supports search functionality to search for specific user using the search option.

    1. Select any column and enter the search keyword in the search bar to search for specific user on the Users page.

    1. Enter the keyword in the specific field and press enter button from the system to search a specific user.

    Filter users using the columns like First Name, Last Name, Email, etc. Use different search columns to find a specific user on the platform.

    1. To delete the specific keyword from the filter, click on the cross mark of the specific filter.

    1. The delete all the filter tabs, click on the Clear all button where all the filter tabs are cleared and the screen return to normal.

    Search specific Users with the Balance (Tokens), Total Funds Added (Tokens), Total Funds Withdrawn (Tokens), Total Funds Sent (Tokens), Total Funds Received (Tokens), Return Debit (Tokens), Revert Credit (Tokens).

    1. Select the Balance Column where a drop-down and search bar appear.

    1. Select the value from the drop-down menu and enter a value in the search bar.

    The same process is applicable for the remaining columns

    1. Apply the same process for the preferred columns and click on the enter button on the system.
