Let's find out how to search for a specific load using a Load_id.
Load_id
Load_id is a unique number for a particular load.
- Log in to the platform with valid credentials.
- Click on the Business Workflows page from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Next, select the required business workflow from the Business Workflows page.

- Search for the Load_id from all the shipments available in the list.
- A simpler way is to search the shipment using a load_id.
- Enter the required load_id in the Search blank below the Load_id column.
- This fetches the details of that shipment.
- In case the entire load_id is not known, find it by using the initial numbers of the Load_id.

- Click on the arrow next to the Business Workflows page to open the Interactive Navigation Panel.
Interactive Navigation Panel
The Interactive Navigation Panel comes with an infinite scroll that is handy for business workflows that contain large volumes of data.
Click on the expand button on the Business Workflows page to access a list of all the business workflows appearing on the Interactive Navigation Panel. All the instances or loads list appears upon selecting a business workflow.
The nested view and the Interactive Navigation Panel help sort through large volumes of data quickly. A search option is available to find specific workflow instances or loads.

- Enter the initial numbers in the Search blank that appears in the Interactive Navigation Panel window on the left-hand side in the Navigation Panel. This fetches all the Load_ids with similar initials. Access the Interactive Navigation Panel window anywhere on the platform.

Find a Load in the Load list
Let's find out how to find a specific load from the load list.
- Log in to the platform with valid credentials.
- Click on the Business Workflows page from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Next, select the required business workflow from the Business Workflows page.

- Enter the unique load number in the Load_id column in the Search blank.
Search
The platform has in-built search filters on every column to find data based on the provided value.

- This fetches all the search results related to the provided input.
