Reminder Feature

The DL LastMile platform has a reminder feature to assist Pickup Location partners during invoice processing.

1. The reminder feature sends a notification to the LMD team if the Pickup Location partner has the invoice in their possession after 24 hours.
2. The reminder notification triggers a maximum of 4 times - one notification for every 24 hours.
3. After 96 hours or four days, if the Pickup Location partner still holds the invoice, the system auto-sends the invoice to the WMC department.
4. Any discrepancies or inconsistencies with the invoice are resolved outside the platform.
