Change Account Password

To change the account password, follow the steps listed below:

1. Login to the DL Freight™ participant account.

2. Click on profile Photo/profile name/role at the top right corner of the screen.

3. Select the Profile option from drop-down list.

4. On Profile page, click on Change password at the top right section of the Language Management.

5. Enter the desired Password in the data fields.

6. Click on Confirm.

Password Recovery

To recover the account password, follow the steps listed below:

1. Open the Sign in page of the platform and click on the Forgot password link.

2. On Forgot Password page, Enter the registered email id in the textbox field and click on Recover.

Reset Password Email

5. Open the Reset Password email and click on the Reset your password link.

6. On Create Password page, Enter the desired password.

7. Click on Set.
