    Change Account Password

    If you want to change the password of your account, follow a set of few simple steps:

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Click on the name or profile picture in the top right corner.
    3. Select the Profile option present in the drop-down list.

    1. You will be redirected to the Profile Details page.
    2. Locate and click on the Change password button on the top right section of the Profile Details page.

    1. Type your current password in the Old Password data field.
    2. Next, type a new password in the New Password data field.
    3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password data field.
    Password Requirement

    Your password must contain the following:

    • Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
    • At least one special character.
    • At least one upper case letter.
    • At least one number.

    Enter & Confirm Password

    1. Click on the Confirm button to change the password.
    2. Upon clicking the Confirm button, you will be redirected to the Sign in page of the platform.

    1. Now, log into your account using your registered email address and the new password that you just created.

    Password Recovery

    If you have forgotten your account password, no need to worry! Go through the following steps to reset your password:

    1. Visit the Sign in page of the platform.
    2. Click on the Forgot password link.

    1. A new window appears on the screen. Enter your registered email address in the Email field and click on the Recover button.

    Make sure you enter the same email address that you had used to create your account.

    1. You will see a Reset Password email in your inbox.

    If you can't find the Reset Password email in your inbox, check your Spam folder or else repeat the aforementioned steps. If you still don't receive the Reset Password email, contact DLT Labs for further help.

    1. Click on the Reset your password link from the email.
    2. You will be redirected to the Set a new password page on your browser.
    3. Enter a new password in the Password data field.
    4. Type the same password again in the Confirm Password data field.
