Logging in for the First Time
Logging in to your account for the first time is easy! Let's check out the steps you need to follow while you sign in for the first time.
Activation Link
An Activation Link is sent via email to sign-up on the platform. Share the correct email address with the respective personnel in your organization. The same email address will be used by DLT Labs to send the Activation Link.
NOTE: The Activation Link is only valid for 48 hours. In case the link expires, contact the respective personnel in your organization to resend a new link.
Activation Link email
- You will receive the Activation Link email in the inbox of your registered email address.
- Click on the Activate your account link in the email.
- Once you click on the link, you are redirected to the Create Password page on your browser.
- There are two blank data fields on the page i.e., Password and Confirm password.
Create New Password page
- Type in a new password in the Password data field.
- Fill in the same password in the Confirm password data field to verify it.
- Once you have entered your password in both fields, click on the Set button.
Password Requirements
Your password must contain the following:
- Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
- At least one special character.
- At least one upper case letter.
- At least one number.
Platform Sign in page
- The Sign in page automatically loads on your browser.
- Now, enter your Email and Password in the respective fields to log in to your account.
