Logging in for the first time
It's simple to create an account and log in for the first time. Let's take a look at the steps required to sign in for the first time.
Activation Link
To sign up on the DL MineTrace platform, an Activation Link is sent via email. Provide a relevant email address of your organization's appropriate personnel. DLT Labs sends an Activation Link on the same email address.
Note: The Activation Link is valid only for 48 hours. In case the link expires, contact the respective personnel in the organization to resend the activation link.
Activation Link Email
- An Activation Link is sent on the registered email ID.
- Click on the Activate your account link in the email.
- Upon clicking the activation link, the user is redirected to the Create Password page.
- Enter a logical password in the Password and Confirm password text fields.
- Click on the Set button to set a password.
Create New Password Page
Enter the same password in the Confirm password data field to verify it.
Password Requirement
A strong password must contain the following:
- Must be at least 8 to 16 characters in length.
- At least one special character.
- At least one upper case letter.
- At least one number.
Platform Sign in Page
- The Log in page automatically loads on your browser.
- Now, enter the Email and Password in the respective fields to log in to the DL MineTrace platform.
