Supervisor has the access to review and update invoice as well as send it Payroll team (or Manager for initial approval) for further payment processing.

Supervisors will have their own profiles where they can access all invoices created by OOs from his/her location.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Never share your login credentials with anyone. These credentials are for your use only to access the invoice management platform.

Invoice approval, review & submission

1.Enter the URL https://assettrack.knnx.com/ on your web browser.

  1. Enter your credentials and click on Sign in.

Log in Details:
  • Password must be at least 6 characters long and include an uppercase letter, digits, and special characters.

  • Change your password every 180 days.

  • After 3 failed attempts, your account will be locked.

  • To reset your password, click the Reset Password button. You will receive an email notification with instructions.

  1. Enter the Tenant Name and click on Continue to Login, if required.

  1. Click on the Business Workflows page from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen and then, Select the required Invoice Management Business Workflow.

  1. The Supervisor can review all previous invoice forms created by OO from responsible location in the dashboard.

  1. Click on the View Details button on the right side of the screen to view the load details.

  1. The generated invoice can be reviewed in the dashboard by clicking “View Details” button.

All calculations will be available in invoice details form.

  1. Click Update button to update any editable data point in invoice.

  1. Once the details are updated, click on the Update button to submit the update for invoice form.

  1. Once invoice is ready, click on Send button to send it to Supervisor for review and approval.

  1. Click the Download button shown below to download the invoice. This action can be done anytime (before or after sending invoice to Supervisor).

  1. Supervisor can review the flow of invoice by clicking Show Timeline button.

Resolve Dispute raised by Payroll team.

This section describes the process where Supervisor with Internal Auditor access can update invoice and resolve dispute.

1.Enter the URL https://assettrack.knnx.com/ on your web browser.

  1. Enter your Internal Auditor profile credentials and click on Sign in.

  1. Enter the Tenant Name and click on Continue to Login, if required.

  1. Click on the Business Workflows page from the Navigation Panel on the left-hand side of the screen and then, Select the required Invoice Management Business Workflow.

  2. The Disputed invoices will be visible with Red sign (see image below)

  1. Once the details are updated, click on the Update button to submit the update for invoice form.

  1. Once invoice is ready, click on Resolve Dispute button and invoice will be sent back to Payroll.
