- To download a report, navigate back and click on the Business Workflows menu in the Navigation Panel.

- Now, on the screen that appears, click anywhere on your desired Business Workflow to open the instances connected to it.

- Next, in the new window that opens, look for your instance and click on the Download button present under the Actions tab of that instance.

- You now see a dropdown right beside that button.

- Click on your particular instance.
- A notification, your request has been taken and invoice will be downloaded soon is seen at the bottom left of your screen.

- Now, you can see a PDF file downloaded to your system. Open it to view your report.

If a notification, Your web browser may have encountered an issue. Please try again. is seen at the bottom left of your screen; note that the download failed.
Check your internet connection and click on the Download icon again.
Error notification
Click anywhere else on the screen or click on the cross icon of the notification at the bottom left to close it.
