When a Data Operator is onboarded for the first time, an email with the activation link is automatically sent to the Data Operator’s email ID. This activation link is active for 48 hours.
If the Data Operator does not activate the account within 48 hours, the operator can resend the activation link.
To activate a Data Operator on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Log in to the DL Asset Track™ Platform Operator account.
Click on Data Operator at the left Navigation Panel.

- For new Data Operator, click on the Activation link icon under the Actions column against the desired Data Operator.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Want to resend activation mail?” pops up. Click Ok.

Once saved, a notification appears “Account Activation link has been resent” at the bottom left of the screen.
Once the Data Operator is activated, they can access the platform.

- To activate an inactive Data Operator, click on the Activate icon against the desired Data Operator under the Actions column.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.

Once activated, a notification appears, “Data Operator has been activated.” at the bottom left of the screen.
The activated Data Operator status is changed to Active.

Deactivate
To deactivate a Data Operator on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Login to the DL Asset Track™ Platform Operator account.
Click on Data Operator at the left Navigation Panel.

- Now, click on the Deactivate icon under the Actions column against the desired Data Operator.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed” pops up. Click Ok.

Once deactivated, a notification appears “Data Operator has been deactivated” at the bottom left of the screen.

The deactivated Data Operator status is changed to Inactive.
