Asset Profile is primarily Active after its creation. The first action on an Asset Profile will always be deactivation.
Deactivating an Asset Profile is only possible, if it is not a part of an active Business Workflow.
Deactivate
To deactivate an Asset Profile on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Login to the DL Asset Track™ platform with your Operator credentials.
Click on Asset Profile at the left Navigation Panel.
Select Asset Profile
- On the Asset Profile page, click on the Deactivate icon against the desired Asset Profile under the Actions column.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure? Status will be changed.” pops up. Click Ok.

Once saved, a notification appears “Successfully done” at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Successfully Deactivated
The deactivated Asset Profile Status will change to Inactive.
If a message appears at the bottom left of the screen, "Asset Profile cannot be deactivated, as it is part of an active workflow"; deactivate the corresponding workflow before deactivating the Asset Profile.

- To Deactivate multiple Asset Profiles, select the preferred Asset Profiles by clicking on the respective checkboxes.

- Next, Deactivate tab appears at the top right corner of the listing page. Click Deactivate.

- A confirmation message, “Are you sure you want to continue?” pops up. Click Yes.

Once saved, a notification appears “Successfully done” at the bottom left of the screen.

The status of the deactivated Asset Profiles will change to Inactive.
Activate
To activate Asset Profile on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:
Login to the DL Asset Track™ platform with your Operator credentials.
Click on Asset Profile at the left Navigation Panel.
Select Asset Profile
- On the Asset Profile page, click on the Activate icon against the desired Asset Profile under the Actions column.

The activated Business Entity Status will change to Active.
