Unlike Reports, schedule Reports are dynamic reports that work for a complete Workflow. Schedule Reports are reports for all instances under a particular Business Workflow. What's more, you can even schedule when to execute one specific Schedule Report.
- Click on the Schedule Reports tab in the Navigation Panel.

- Now, click on the +Report button in the top right corner of your screen.

- An immersive Create window form slides in from the right side that allows you to enter information to create a Schedule Report.

- To expand this window into a full-screen view, click on the Expand icon at the top right corner of the Create form window.

- To exit the full-screen view, click on the Restore icon.

Now, under the Basic Information section, enter the name of the report in the Name field.
Next, if needed, simply add the Description for the report in the Description textbox.
The Description textarea box is stretchable; you can add an in-depth description for any schedule report.
The maximum character limit for description box is 2000 characters.
- Now, from the Select Workflow drop-down list, select the Workflow that you want to link to this Schedule Report.

- After selecting a Workflow, you see the number of attributes labeled as Attribute found loaded right below the dropdown box from that particular Workflow.
You can connect more than 1 Business Workflow to a Schedule Report.
Click on the Cancel button if you want to abort the Report creation transaction.
If you want to re-enter data across all fields, click on the Clear button to clear all data fields already entered.
Click on the Next button or click on the Select Attributes tab to finally select attributes for this section.
The Next button or the Select Attributes tab is only enabled once you fill in all mandatory details under the Basic Information section.
- Now, under the Select Attributes section, select the number of attributes you want to display in the report.

- Click on the checkboxes to select those attributes. Click on the Select all option to select all attributes simultaneously.

- Furthermore, under the Filters section, select the attributes you want to apply filters. You can apply filters to more than one attribute as well.

- Next, add your desired values in the boxes that appear.
Applying filters can be helpful where there are many instances under one Workflow. Entering a particular value for a selected attribute means the attributes with that value will only be replicated on the Schedule Report when executed.

- Click on the Next button at the bottom or click on the Schedule Report tab at the top to move to the Schedule Report tab. Click on the Clear button If you want to clear data across all fields in the section. Click on the Back button to go back to the Basic Information.

- Under the Schedule Report tab, set a Date for report execution using the Start DateTime picker textbox.

- Next, select a timezone for report execution from the Timezone drop-down menu.

- Moving on, select an option from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Custom buttons under the Execute dropdown box to decide the execution span of the report.
This option allows you to specify whether the report should be executed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. It can be customized to your specifications.

- If the report needs to be executed randomly as per your requirements, select the Custom option from the dropdown box.
- Next, enter the Custom String in the Custom String textbox.
Custom string works similar to the Crontab. It contains five asterisks that determine the time of the report execution.
1st Asterisk- minute
2nd Asterisk- hour
3rd Asterisk- day of the month
4th Asterisk- actual month
5th Asterisk- day of the week
Enter the date, time, and day according to your requirements, and enter Asterisks wherever you don't want to enter a specific time.
- Moving ahead, the platform also provides a drop-down list to decide when the execution of the report will end.
- Click on the End drop-down list and select an option from Never, After, and On.
Never- Selecting this option means the report execution will always continue after a certain interval of time that you give.
After- This option decides after what date of a month a particular report's execution needs to stop. This option is available for daily, weekly and monthly report execution. Select the date of the month from the On this day of month drop-down box.
Occurences- This means that the execution of the report will stop after the mentioned executions/occurrences.
On- Select this option, and you can set a particular date on which the execution of the report will stop. Select a Date from the End Date DateTime picker textbox that appears.
- Next, select a document format for the report from the Format drop-down box.
As of now, the platform only provides CSV format.

- Moving on, select Yes or No under the Repeat Instances tab.
Repeat Instances section provides the authority to print all instances or specific instances from the report as per your need. Click on the Yes button to add all instances in the report. Likewise, click on the No button to add only the newly added instances to the report.
Click on the Back button to move to the Select Attributes section. Click on the Clear button if you want to wipe the data from all fields else, click on the Next button in the bottom right or click on the Report Settings tab at the top to move to Report Settings tab.
Under the Report Settings tab, add the email under the To textbox to which you want to send this report. Likewise, Cc and Bcc textbox fields are also provided to add more email ids.
Next, select the Delivery mode from the Email Attachment, Download Link, or Both.
Email Attachment- This option lets you attach the report to the sent email.
Download Link - Providing a link that the user can open to see the instances in the Workflow. Use this option when the size of the report is large.
Both( Email attachment and download link)- You can select this option if you want the recipient to have both options, i.e., Email attachment and Download link.
Report Settings
Click on the Back button at the bottom to go back to the Schedule Report section.
Click on the Clear button if you want to wipe the data across all data fields. If not, click on the Save button to finally create the report.
A notification Schedule Report is configured successfully is seen at the bottom left of your screen once the report is saved.

If a notification, Your web browser may have encountered an issue. Please try again is seen at the bottom left; note that the report creation has failed.
In such cases, check your internet connection and repeat the procedure to Save the report.

Click anywhere else on the screen or click on the cross icon of the notification at the bottom left to close it.
