The Tenant Admin can track the activities of the admin and mobile user on the platform.

Once a user sends funds to other users, so the user activity can be tracked in the activities tab.

  1. Click on the Activities tab on the navigation panel.

  1. The Activities screen is displayed where all the list of activities of admin and mobile users are displayed.

  1. Search for specific user activity based on their First Name, Last Name, Email columns.

  1. The Activity Type column allows to select the type of transaction from the drop-down menu.

  1. The changes made by the user can be tracked here. Click on the respective activity to find the changes.

  1. Click on the down arrow, a drop-down menu is displayed with different transaction types.

  1. Click on the Checkbox to select an Activity Type.

  1. Click on the down arrow under Status column, a drop-down is displayed listing various statuses.

  1. Click on the Checkbox to select the Status of the Activities. Click All to view the Status of all activities.

  1. The list of Activities of the selected status is displayed.

  1. In the IP Address column, enter a specific IP Address in the search bar to search for an activity.

Device Type allows to track which device is used to perform the activity whether it is iOS, Android, or any API.

  1. Click on the Device Type column and click the down arrow.

  1. A drop-down menu appears, click on the Check box to select the Device Type.

  1. List of Android users are displayed with that device type.

  1. In the IP Address column, enter a specific IP Address in the search bar to search for an activity.

Display Columns

To minimize the columns size in the Activities page and search faster, click on the Columns button and select/deselect the columns from the drop-down menu.

  1. Click on the columns button to select/deselect columns from the activities page and search easily.

  1. A drop-down menu appears, enter the column name in the search bar and click on the checkbox to select/deselect a specific column.
