    Activate/Deactivate Admin User

    The Platform Admin has access to Activate/Deactivate admin user from the Admin Users page.

    1. Click on the Activate/Deactivate icon activate/deactivate an admin user.

    1. A confirmation pop-up appears and asks if you want to activate or deactivate admin user.

    1. Click on the Change button to continue or Cancel button to cancel the operation.

    1. Upon successful deactivation/activation, a notification is displayed on the bottom left side of the screen that says: .
