Workflow Instance details page

1. Click on the Business Workflows tab in the Navigation Panel.
2. Choose the required Business Workflow.

3. All the business workflows appear on the screen.
4. Right-click on any business workflow displayed on the left navigation panel and select “Open link in New Tab” in Safari, Firefox, and Edge browsers.
5. Similarly, in chrome, select “Open in New Tab”. These options differ based on the type of browser used by the user.

6. The business workflow currently opens in a new tab.

Workflow Instance Details Page

1. Click on the Business Workflows tab in the Navigation Panel.
2. Choose the required Business Workflow.

3. A new screen appears listing all the** Workflow Instances.**
4. Click on View Details on the right side of the screen.

5. Now, the instance detail page appears. Hover over on the Video icon to view the file name and file extension as a tooltip.

6. Upon clicking the video icon, a new tab opens with the video; you can see the file name at the top and the file name and extension at the bottom of the video.

Workflow Instance Listing page

1. The right-click menu is closed when a user scrolls vertically or horizontally or clicks anywhere on the screen. This change is implemented across the Workflow Instance Listing page.
