Follow the below listed steps to view a particular Master Table:
- Login to the Asset Track platform with your operator credentials.
- Click on the Master Table from the left Navigation Panel.

- Now, find your desired Master Table and click on the Eye icon under the Actions column.

The data from the Master Table is now visible in the window.
The platform displays No Data Present if there is no data present.
- Click on Upload at the top right corner to upload data to this Master Table.
Upload
Next, click on Download Template to use the template for data uploading.
Follow the below mentioned instructions while uploading data in the Master Table:
• Making changes in the data may impact the calculations.
• Upload verified and correct data only.
• Duplicate entry is not allowed. Check your input file for duplicate entries.
• Check your file for the overlapping date range and remove discrepancies before upload.
• Row versions for the same key values are retained.
• Maximum file size is 10 MB.
- Update the data in the downloaded template and save in your computer storage.
Upload data
- Next, click on Click here or drag file to upload.
- A new folder appears, select a file from the computer's storage and click Open.

- View the uploaded data at the centre of Upload Data page with your specific template name.
Download template box
- Next, click on Upload at the bottom right to upload the file data to the master table.
You see a notification File data will be uploaded soon, you will be notified with an email. once the data uploads to the master table

- Next, click on Download to download the information from the Master Table.

A notification "File data is being exported, you will receive an email soon with the link to export data." appears at the bottom left of your screen after the data is downloaded.
Email notification
- Now, check your email to see a mail link to download the Master Table data.
- Returning to the Master Table list view, view a specific Master Table by searching for it in the search bar at the top in the Name column.
Search using name
- Likewise, you can also search for a particular Master Table using the search bar in the Created At column.
Search using creation date
- Similarly, you can also find a Master Table based on the modified date of a Master Table in the Modified At column.
Search using modification date
- Click on Clear Filter to retrieve all the master tables again.
