    Project Digital Adoption v6.1.0

    The Product Help (digital adoption) module provides users of DL Asset Track a self-serve help guidance tool on how to complete tasks and actions within the application through user actioned ‘step-by-step’ walkthrough guides.  

     

    This is an independent service that can be plugged into DL Asset Track and will enable new Users to utilize DL Asset Track with confidence and assist with digital adoption.  


    Features Delivered in this Update

    The following list is a summary of the new features: 

    • DL applications can navigate User’s through step-by-step visual instructions on how to complete tasks and actions in real-time.
    • Users can search/scroll for specific actions and tasks that they require assistance with. The following list is a summary of the new features:
