Features Delivered in this Update

EULA (End-User License Agreement) is essentially a contract between the software developer or publisher (the company creating the application), and the end-user (the user using the application). 

Earlier the EULA was done offline, which was a long process involving a lot of paperwork. Now it is achieved online, the process is quicker, and the EULA is easily accessible. 

Enterprise Administrators on the DL Asset Track™ platform can now upload & enable the end-user agreement for electronic acceptance. Similarly, Group Participants must acknowledge respective User Agreements for using the platform. 

 How does this update have an impact? 

•    Clearly states the terms and conditions of the usage of DL Asset Track™. These details are now available on the platform.

•    Online EULA acts as digital evidence that can be accessed quickly. 

•    Can be reused whenever required.

•    Easy for Enterprise Administrators to issue EULA for other Group Participants.
