    Users can update the Name and Description of an Asset Category using the Update option.

    To update an Asset Category on the DL Asset Track™ platform, follow the steps listed below:

    1. Log in to the DL Asset Track™ Operator account.

    The Asset Category is the default page after login.

    All the Asset Categories are displayed in the list view.

    1. Click on the pencil icon under the Actions column against the desired Asset Category.

    1. Update the existing Name and Description in respective textboxes of the Asset Category.

    1. Next, click Update to update the Asset Category.

    1. Once saved, a notification appears, "Asset Category has been updated” at the bottom left of the screen.
