Tracing

The aggregation features enable the application to derive data for specific orders or invoices from various other orders or invoices in the process. The aggregation feature functions with numerous assets to obtain the necessary data.

Participants can now trace the details of the aggregated assets or parent orders or invoices effectively on the details page of the DL LastMile platform.

1. The aggregation details can be accessed by clicking the View Tracing button on the details page.

2. Upon clicking the View Tracing button, the screen redirects to the tracing page of the selected order or invoice.

3. The tracing page displays the group node and respective sequence as followed in the business workflow. Click the arrow head to expand the tracing timeline.
4. The aggregated asset or parent order or invoice count is less than ten -
   In this scenario, the tracing page displays all the parent orders or invoices in branches. A vertical line contains the list of all the aggregated nodes from which the data is derived. Participants and Monitors can click on the respective nodes to view details.

5. You can view the list of the aggregated assets with all key attributes by clicking on the node.

6. If the aggregated asset or parent orders or invoice count is more than ten -
   The tracing page displays all the parent orders or invoices in a page view in this scenario.

7. Click on any aggregated asset or parent order from the list to trace its movement.

8. Select an order or invoice from the list to trace its history.

9. A vertical line shows the list of all the associated entities of the selected order.
10. Click on the circular node icon to view all the key attributes for an order or invoice.
