  1. Click Token Timeout inside API Integration from the left navigation panel.

  1. You can also navigate to Token Timeout at the bottom right corner of the Get Access Token page.

Get Access Token - Token Timeout

  1. Enter the required time in the Token Timeout field and select the Time Unit from the drop-down.
  2. Click Clear to clear the data.

Token Timeout – Clear

  1. The default token timeout is 10 minutes and allows you to update it to a maximum of 1440 minutes.
  2. You can also update the token timeout in hours; the minimum value is 1 hour & the maximum is 24 hours.
  3. You can enable the Integration Account Lock Settings to configure maximum login attempts; the default value is 5; you can set to the maximum of 9 after which the account gets locked.
  1. Click Update.

  1. Once Token timeout is updated successfully, a notification appears at the bottom left corner of the screen displaying Webhook settings updated successfully.
