Processing Plant

In the Mine business workflow, the Processing Plant entity is the final destination. This business entity receives the instance along with the required documents from the Material Stewardship entity.

Select the Business Workflows page after logging into the DL MineTrace platform. The Processing Plant participants section has four tiles since the entity is involved in four different business workflows.

To continue, select the Mine tile.

Instance Received

1. Select a shipment and click on the View Details icon.

2. View Product Information, Assays, Shipping Information, Certificates and Site Details on the details page.

3. View the timeline and details of the lot instance.

4. View any files that are uploaded on the instance by clicking on the Eye icon beside the file name.

5. Upon clicking the Eye icon, a separate file tab appears beside the Activities & Comments tab. The file tab displays the type of uploaded file, such as pdf or doc. This tab allows to preview the contents in the file.

6. Click on the Pop-out icon to open a new browser tab with an expanded view of the file.

7. Make the use of navigation tools to view documents with multiple pages and use the zoom in and zoom out features whenever needed.

8. Finally, in the upper right corner, select the Download button to save the file to your local device.
